Questions on Collector's Society Website?

Who can ask about the Collector's Society website? When trying to upload images I am told the image size cannot be greater than 100k, yet I see people who have images over 4mb each. Anyone know how this works?

I use a picture hosting website--Vendio. I just link the pic to my post.

You can use other software progams, such as Photoshop or Photobucket to compress images prior to loading. When they are downloaded to this site they decompress.
