Russian 1826 Wings Down Ruble Finest Known?

Here is a picture of a recent purchase of mine at one of the Hesselgesser auctions. I believe this to be the finest known (at least in this country) wings down Ruble, and it is an 1826 which is the scarcest date of the series. This design was only used for six years.
