Who handled the sale??

The set has been on the Goldberg website for ages. I assume that they handled the sale; although, I suppose that another party might have brokered the deal. I didn't read the NYT article because I'm not a registered with that particular rag. blush.gif

The previous record for the world's most valuable single coin or set was $7.6 million for a 1933 U.S. $20 denomination gold piece purchased in 2002.
