Asking a possibly really dumb question - what the heck are the "Marine Dollars" that I received a NGC certificate to have two graded for free ?

They're commemorative dollars for the 230th anniversary of the founding of the Marine Corps, here's some info

Bill, if you haven't already ordered/received the USMC $ from the Mint, you'll have to buy them in the secondary market. This commem was OVERSOLD by the Mint.
