Welcome to the boards! The prices from that website don't seem too unreasonable, though I am not really up on the earlier issues. I know a guy at my coin club sells the new ones from BU rolls for 50 cents each. You might consider posting which ones you are looking for in the marketplace forum, as you may find some folks here that have extras who would offer you a good deal. I know I have a bunch of these laying around that I hang on to just to help folks out that are looking for specific dates or mintmarks. Good luck in your search!

I have some loose state quarters laying around also that I really haven't paid any attention to. Make a wanted list and post it in the Marketplace Forum as Jeff suggested.

It depends on the bank, my local bank doesn't deal with them, but when I lived in Seattle, the Bank of America branch at my office regularly ordered them for customers. I would just ask at your bank.
