AG value of a slabbed NGC/PCGS Pine Tree Schilling?

Nothing similar to that in the Heritage auction archive. Closest was a raw F12 one, holed and repaired, which sold for $1380 last November.

seems like a vg/0or ugly clipped fine will cost you as much as an ag

i would save up like 1500 and get a decent lower circ grade but nice eye appeal full flan and pleasant detail and centering pine tree shilling or else do not waste your time and affort

myself there is a man that i trust comp[letely and he can get you something reaLLY decent and lower grade i would give him a call and tell him your wants and needs and he will tell you what he can do for you and give you a great opinion and assessmenyt on what is out there for you that is lower circ grade and decent and if you cant afford that then you should pass or save up

i hope you get something for yourself but sometimes you just cant have what you want

good luck and keep me informed

I have sold one as cheaply as $500, but it was bent and plugged. Lots of detail though.

In a series like this, where budget is a serious concern, I recommend you not buy a certified coin 893whatthe.gif.

The reason is that you are better off buying a "problem" coin with plenty of detail from a reputable dealer, such as a Tony Terranova, or Stack's, or someone else who specializes in colonial issues.

This is assuming you want a reasonable amount of detail. An equivalent amount of problem-free detail for the coin I sold at $500 would be at least $2500.

Thanks guys. Poor, FR, or AG would be fine, but no repairs or plugs will be tolerated. Just SOME detail. I wish I could afford something coming up in the Ford sale. James, if you run across something, you might keep me in mind. Thanks again.
