I find that toning odd... I am not sure if it hurts the coin... but still a nice coin... here is one I own.... I like the color a bit better... but yours is still nice for an SBA

Looks like the toning on my recent Ike purchase....very subtle....but plenty visable when the coin is tilted slightly.

Quite a few SBA's and Ike's seem to be turning blue. This field haze has been noted by some as detracting from the grade of the coin. I have a PCGS-PR69DCAM, 1974-S Ike that has the same blue field as this SBA. I do not know what others think about this toning.

I really like the toning on this coin. But I am always partial to blue-toned coins.
