It's heard to tell from the scan if it has any luster left, but it looks to be about AU-50 in terms of wear.

Hi Shi, thanks for your feedback. A little luster under somewhat heavy toning. I'm thinking AU-58, possibly MS-60, with the advantage of having the coin in my hand! Anyway, nice talking to you. I'll let you know what NGC says. Take care.

If I were a "used coin dealer" selling that piece, perhaps I would call it "MS63 with a rub." It reminds me of a decent AU bust half I bought from an eBay dealer I'll call "Ernie." PCGS called AU-53 what he called AU-58+++.
