Should I keep this OIV set or return it? It has a grease mark on the right side of Jeffy's face. AND..............Will the grease mark be through the whole roll?

Will it be more valuable like this? I have another set too. It's OK though. TIA

SDM: Interesting. There's a good chance there will be dupes of that grease mark area and possibly in varying degrees. Since I'm involved in errors and varieties -- and if it was my roll, I would keep it.

I find these errors quite common among Mint products. Recently sold a CT first day cover with a struck-through-grease quarter in it - lots of missing detail, but lost 80% of the $20 original price. So, I'd send the roll back as damaged.

If you send it back, expect to wait 6-8 weeks for a replacement. Why don't you just keep it and order another? Then you could open this roll and find out what is inside. Sometimes I think about the rolls that I have and I get the urge to open all of them just to see if there are any abnormalities. The suspense just kills me!
