Hi. Sorry, but that's not a doubled die mint error. The doubling you are seeing is commonly known as "strike doubling", or more likely "ejection doubling". In the case of strike doubling, a loose die will twist slightly during the strike causing that low shelf-like effect. In ejection doubling, the struck coin hits the die, while it is being ejected from the press, which subsequently causes that effect. It brings no premium in the market.
