help identifying this coin please, civil war token?

Tonight a friend asked for some help identifying a civil war token, he has several and this is the only one he can not identify. Personally I have no experince with them, and am a little skeptical that it is a true civil war token considering the text on it, but what do I know, I have no civil war tokens and know nothing about them. So of course I came here to the experts

 

These pics are not of his actual coin, but one that looks just like it. The pics he took did not come out good enough to tell the details.

Appears to be Civil War token #1200 or #1201 Rulau, page 300 from the Standard Catalog of United States tokens, 1994.

Here's a link to Rick Snow's website. He sells quite a bit of CWT. Your token looks to grade au55-ms62. Most CWT tokens run in the $100 range in MS. Low grade commons run $5-$25.
