1937 Washington "Look Close"

This is what I believe is a 1937 ddo as it looks just like the one in a book called The

Washington Book of Quarters and like a photo on Ken Potters website. What do you think?

From the resolution of the image provided I really can't tell you much about your coin other than to say that IGWT is often slightly doubled on this series. However, it is not apparent that the date is doubled on your coin, and this DDO should have a doubled date.
