A Matched pair of Mooses

4 posts in this topic

I live in Maine, spend time in the north woods, see plenty of moose -- none like these. I'm not sure, Newsy, but I think what we have here is a big ol' pair of wildebeests.

These 2 have to play together - they are slabbed together in one holder - the toned Obv on the left, the toned Rev on the right - Quite nice to look at in a double holder

The eye-appeal is incredible on these two Morgans. It kind of reminds me of some Walkers that I had in a Wayte-Raymond album. Just two of the halves (which were opposing each other and were in contact when the album was closed) toned very nicely with shades of green in them. (not anywhere as nice as yours, however). Out of the whole bunch, I only had two with green toning on them. Makes me wonder what "contaminant" caused this. confused-smiley-013.gif

IGWT, I did a 9 month assignment in Dover-Foxcroft, ME. Loved the country and people but hated the 8.5% state sales tax. I paid $500/month to the state of Maine but only got $180 bucks back on my income tax return. frustrated.gif
