There's one aspect of Barber halves that I have always been amazed with and that is the corruscating luster that races and flows around the surfaces of these coins. It's almost as if the piece is still molten and you are taking a strobe shot of the coin. Congrats, these are tough.

It does look sort of like a guy. I have had several people that do not collect coins remark that Liberty looks more like a man. Another Barber design coup!
