You know, I'm not really sure how that toning would have occured. Maybe someone else would know

That Morgan looks bag toned....most colorful crescents were created by have a coin laying in front of the primary coin which means only part of the coins surface is exposed to the toning agent....i.e. the bag/moisture.....etc.

Bag toning could be it .. but the shape is really not a cresent... an Oblong coin?.... I have an SBA set with toning that seems to come from one side... It was caused by the looks alot of moisture... and the right storage in my case would be a Capitol plastic...
