Woohoo Teletrade is hiking buyers fees!

This is just great news. I logged into my account today and see a big message that says the following

"Commencing with Auction 2073 on August 1, 2005, Teletrade® will charge a 12% buyer's fee with a minimum of $8 per lot.

In recognition of your support of Teletrade®, we are extending your 10% buyer's fees for three months, ending October 31, 2005. This will be calculated automatically on your statement and online. It's just another way of saying thank you for your loyalty."

At least I get three months at the old rate yeahok.gif

Amazing too how they do this right after they start taking Paypal 893scratchchin-thumb.gif

I have not used Teletrade in years. They were good when they were the only weekly auction around. That was back when you had to use a telephone to make bids. When internet auctions came, they lagged way behind with few pictures in their auctions. This last move will hurt them more.

I like the way they have done away with most of the lot descriptions. TeleTrash = a loser auction company.
