Error loading coin

I'm trying to load this coin into the registry, but i get a "server error" when I do:

 

1802 No Stems 1C

XF 45 BN

NGC 1916078-003

 

I try and type in the NGC number but it gives me a "HTTP 500 - Internal server error

This error only happens when I try and enter this coin in one of my sets (I tried two sets), yet other coins work fine. What gives?
