'05 Silver Proof Set Error

Have you checked your sets to see if there is a "lump" on the upper area of the rear leg of the buffalo on the Kansas 25c? It appears to be a filled die chip. I received my 2 subscription sets and both of the Kansas 25c's had this irregularity. I ordered 2 more sets and they do not show it.

If it isn't from a proof set, then how did it arrive in the shipping carton from the Fulfillment Center, in the original U.S. Mint packaging and in the original U.S. Mint holder with the four other proof States Quarters? It even has the COA and the U.S. Mint invoice to go with it!

 

GEE, MAYBE THE GOVERNMENT IS DEALING IN COUNTERFEIT COINS! SOMEONE SHOULD NOTIFY THE SECRET SERVICE.
