Suppose you are a coin collector posting a Sacagawea dollar for sale on eBay. To sweeten the deal, you decide to include a box of Cheerios in the offering. You take a picture of the Sacagawea dollar sitting atop the box of Cheerios and name the auction "Sacagawea Dollar - Cheerios - Rare!". You include a BIN at $500 and offer a 7-day return privilege. Within seconds of your listing, someone hits the BIN and you get paid by PayPal. Two weeks later, the buyer realizes that the coin is nothing special and asks for a refund. Are you compelled to return the money?

I know and I like it that way. But if you check my link it will show that this thread and the others to come are all out of spite to keep everybody wound up. As far as I am concerned they can take this thread and attitude back across the street and keep it there.

I would only refund the purchase of the Cheerios box had not been opened. Once you open the package, you have purchased the cereal, and with it, the coin.
