Blank Kennedy 2005 Planchet

I was going through a roll of mint packaged 2005 Kennedy's and found a blank. I have never seen this before and would like any information on how common an occurence this is. I would appreciate any help, thanks.

I just bought a 2000 mint set still sealed that has this wacky Kennedy in it ... I think that I'll send it in to get slabbed :-)

If it's blank,then how do you know it's 2005

it came in a roll of 2005 Kennedy's, my assumption is it is from the 2005 batch
