VaultBox Unresponsive Customer Service & Unauthorized Charges

I recently made a purchase on VaultBox and received my order, which is a positive. However, despite two initial payments being rejected due to an address mismatch, both were still debited from my account. Now, I’ve been charged three times for the same order.

While I’m happy with the product and have been a huge advocate for VaultBox, this level of service is extremely frustrating, especially as a collector. You expect trust and transparency when dealing with a company like VaultBox, however, let’s see how much effort goes into making things right, as they do to gain customers.
