Very valuable - unfortunately so much so they've been heavily counterfeited.

 

They made 700,000 which are currently valued at F=$100; VF=$200; XF=$500; UNC=$1500. Key date for the 5 year series.

im almost positive its genuine, i got it from my grandmother who grew up in italy in the early 20's. can anyone tell me how i can get a pic on here? everytime i try i get server busy or cant display page

I don't know if it's genuine or not, but for sure it's been heavily cleaned. If you're absolutely positive of it provenance, that your grandmother picked it out of change in Italy in the early 1920s, then the odds of it being real are much higher.
