There has only been 1 coin ever graded MSRDP for the 1988 Lincoln cent. That coin was graded MS 66 RDP and has a value of $35.00. Your coin is not RD its RB and it is not proof like. Your coin also grades in the MS 62 range. Its worth about $1.00. Cheers!

It appears your coin has some plating colorization issues, as well as the start of some linear plating bubbles on the obverse, and surely is not proof like. PL on cents is a very difficult grade to get and favors coins of silver, nickel and some of the modern clad.
