New York ratification coin - Is it anything

Does this coin have any value? It's a bit smaller than a standard quarter, not sure of it's metal composition. Any comments would be welcome. Thanks.

It's not a coin but actually a token. It's value, and what it was intended for, are unknown to me.

I only have a couple of token references and neither list the piece that you show. Sorry, but in your search, you might want to look for token references in libraries, including the ANA Library.
