Anyone ever see an error like this? 1952-s Wheat

This is a 1952-s wheat penny. At the 1 o’clock position of the S is what I believe to be the letter “D” and above that one is another mark that clashed with the #5. Im trying to figure out if this is a one of a kind or there me be others like it. Thanks I’m advance!

   Welcome to the NGC chat board.

   Die chips that created the appearance of blobs clogging letters and numerals were very common on cents and other coins of the 1950s and early 1960s.  I agree with @Coinbuf that your coin appears to exhibit such a die chip combined with damage from a post-mint strike from a hard object.  For some examples of similar die chips that were a fad some decades ago, see the following topic:
