As bobby said the coins you have shown are common circulated coins that have been plated or reprocessed.   There is no numismatic value, there is nothing "good" about them in any way.

Just check the edges, that will tell you they have been plated.

Un-messed-with 1943 cents do not look like these. These have been the object of “science experiments” from replating with zinc to perhaps even mercury, or even both.
