Waited 3 days and new coin cannot be added to my set 1 1

I just purchased an 1887 GSA Morgan Silver Dollar.  When I entered the cert number, I received a message that the coin was owned by someone else.  The message also said the coin would be added to a pending portion of my set for the 3 day wait period.  That did not happen.  Please check to see what the problem is.  Cert # NGC 1543631-003.  Thank you.
