like let's say I'm looking for a Star Wars Chibi coin for my collection and don't know who has one. i can go into the [in search of] and type in what I'm looking for and as people read the list of wanted stuff, if someone has what I'm looking for and is willing to sell it we can exchange info and make a deal.

   The NGC Registry isn't for buying and selling.  It's for collectors to display their collections of eligible certified coins and compete for points and awards.  Check out the "Coin Marketplace" forum of these chat boards, where you can post inquiries about numismatic items that you would like to buy, sell or trade.
