Burnished not on label? 0

So I am bidding on a coin graded by NGC.  The auction house lists it as burnished and if you go to NGC's verification site it lists it as burnished, but the label doesn't say it (other NGC labels do, however).  The coin is 3198750-074.  Is this a labeling error or are we just supposed to know?  Did NGC start labeling burnished coins later on? Thanks.

2008 W is burnished.

   As all non-proof 2008-W silver eagles have the matte or "burnished" finish, NGC apparently saw no reason to include the word "burnished" on the label.  The regular uncirculated bullion issue has no mintmark and would be labeled "2008".
