1999 EAGLES SET, PROOF 0

I have the complete set of the Edmund G. Moy Blue and white label PF70 (Silver and Gold) 1999 Eagle Set, I've searched the Registry sets and don't feel that there are any that specifically point to this collection or am I becoming to specific with my set?  I've noticed that there are sub-catagories for all the years "around" 1999.

Also why can't we build sets by specific labels? Like the MASTER DESIGNER SERIES under the AIG program sponsored by the UNITED STATES MINT and specifically issued with the Black label with Torch?
