Melior Invenidiste
1994 is the first year West Point minted the St. Gaudens double eagle. The DDO is exceptional, the DDR is incredible and the die polishing and doubling on the rays…astounding. Hoghead515

West point has never struck double eagles. They DID strike 1/10 oz through 1 oz AGE's in 1994 I $5, $10, $25, and $50 denominations, no double eagles ($20) Quintus Arrius and GoldFinger1969 1

The AGEs use a modified version of the Saint-Gaudens obverse but I never heard it referred to as a Saint.
FlyingAl
There’s a post ATS with pics. It’s a damaged proof AGE with nothing worth noting, probably worth melt at best. Edited June 14 by FlyingAl GoldFinger1969
