Where can you purchase (online) 63.5 x 63.5 mm non-PVC plastic flips that NGC requires for submitting coins? Also, what name is used for this product where you are buying them?

I bought them on Amazon. I read in comments that they are non pvc.

I am sure you are aware of this, but for the benefit of future readers: 63.5mm = 2.5 inches. NGC will accept 2x2 flips, but they prefer the 2.5 x 2.5 because it is easier to remove large coins from them
