I recieved this penny in my change. I don't know what this is called  (being a newb) I'd like to submit it for grading but can't define it. And if you would....  could you tell me how rare it is. Thank you in advance

It cannot be graded. It is a vise job. Post Mint damage.

It didn’t leave the mint like that. Everything you see was done by some nobody OUTSIDE the mint.

It didn't look that way when it left the mint. Someone did this in their shop.

Someone who has plenty of time on their  hands put three cents together and put them in a press or vice. It squeezed the imprint from the 2 outside coins into the middle making it look like that. Looks neat and could be saved as a novelty coin but its actually just post mint damage and is worthless.
