Mint Mark(s)?? 0

Just trying to figure out what is up with the mint mark. I’ve been a Pocket Change Pillager for awhile now. I don’t get rolls from the bank. I just pillage pocket change and I’ve come across this. I’m not interested in value because it’s already valuable to me. I’m interested in knowledge and proper coin education. Thank you
