1879 CC Unique? 0

I bought this 1879 CC...it seems to have some unique qualities I cannot locate for this coin on VAMWorld but then some I can....is this a new VAM, a VAM I just can't identify, or an altered coin? Its a deep area around the eye and looks like a chin hair. Pictures attached. I’m not certain the coin is authentic. The reverse has a look that bothers me. The obverse has voids I don’t like. Others may feel differently. It’s been harshly cleaned at a minimum. 
 

i would suggest you post the VAM question on VAM World’s chat forum. Those guys can glance at a Morgan and spit out the VAM.
