You can also see Machine Doubling (MD) on the upper lip, nose, and the forehead of Washington' profile from your pics. The raised metal at the base of George's neck (right side of lower neck) are the designer's initials which are completely normal, they are supposed to be there. There is noticeable MD on the word DOLLAR, just below the designer's initial's, and most likely this is what has happened to the designer's initials as well creating a "spread" of sorts but this would not considered true hub doubling..... Basically just a case of machine doubling and maybe a bit of die deterioration doubling but nothing else. No premium on this one, sorry. And.... welcome to the forum!!!!
