Good day,

I havent logged into my NGC account for more than a year, and never bothered to make a backup of my login details.

My previous profile was with the same email as my new profile... both using francois.iditarod@gmail.com as usernames.

I created a new profile, but once I added my coins that was on my previous profile, it only said it'll process my request once the coins are confirmed not belonging to the other owner, however I am the owner of these coins. Any chance I can recover my old profile?
