This diagonal streak marks on obverse and reverse ?? And it look like part of his beard is missing on the chin

They are called Linear Plating Blisters.

Yep.  Definite linear plating blisters, like Bob said.  And I'd really recommend checking out Error-ref.com, Dejone, like GBrad said.  You've posted a lot of coins and not a single one has been an error or variety.  I think reviewing some references on actual errors and what they look like would be a worthwhile venture for you.
