Obverse: im guessing double eyelid, the mintmark also has it, and the middle of his beard is missing

REVERSE: Doubling in "States" and 'America"

That is Split Plate Doubling on the mm and wording. You can see the zinc core showing through.

Agree 100% with Greenstang. Split plating and die deterioration. Throw in a few contact marks, particularly the eyelid, and this is a normal run of the mill business strike Linc.  The beard is still there but the relief is not which is most likely from wear and circulation damage.

I'm with everyone else....plating split and die deterioration.  There is nothing indicating a doubled die of any kind on the coin posted.
