How do i list my 1939 Hennigs nickel for grading?

i want to send my 1939 Hennings nickel for grading and dont know how to list it? Is it considered a error or a variety? I have seen others encapsulated and i am not sure what category it falls into. Any help will be greatly appreciated.

While the Henning counterfeits are fun to collect (I have two of them), they will not be graded by NGC. Your coin would be returned unencapsulated as "NOT GENUINE."
