I have recently purchased a NGC slabbed coin and it looks like it may have been opened and glued back together. Can anybody tell me how to tell if it has been tampered with?

It looks glue on top and bottom. Any help would be greatly appreciated thank you.

Thank you for your message. The marks on the holder are most likely the result of the sealing process, which has since been improved.
