Morgan date problems

VAM 1 has die chips on the right side of both "8's" between the loops, but I can't find a description that includes the die chip on the lower right of the loop of the "2". Is there any doubling on the date? I can't tell from the pics.

mintmark pic. What is the rarity factor? Thanks. Some doubling is present but it is hard to tell what kind of doubling.

Filled "S" is consistent with a VAM 3, but should have slight doubling in "82". The die chips on the "8's" differ though. The chip on the first "8" is on the right, but on the left of the second "8". This still doesn't account for the die chip on the "2".
