Considering a change from Premium to Elite status 0

Hello:

I am currently a premium member. I submitted an order recently and received it back quickly. I used my $150 credit for that submission. Thank you.

I am considering an upgrade to Elite. If I upgrade to Elite, do pay the full price as listed in my upgrade window or is it the difference in the price of the premium membership and the new status? If I pay the upgrade price, does that upgrade include another $150 in credit? I see where the Elite upgrade also provides 10% off submissions.

I just wanted to be clear before making a decision. I appreciate your time and effort in answering my questions.
