Found this hunk of metal in the world coins section of my collection with only Russian E3 listed on the label. Maybe someone has seen these before?

A lovely circulated example of a Russian 5 Kopecks. I just had one graded at NGC that I bought from a very esteemed member of these boards. They are great, rough hunks of metal!
