Grading charge upgraded to elite 0

Hi I submitted coins for grading invoice 2855038 was received on 1/12/21 status scheduled for grading. Sense I submitted them I up graded my account to elite on 19 Jan. The question is will I receive my 10 percent grading fee price on this invoice
