Frustrated with US Mint Ordering

Today I checked my outstanding orders and for my Mint sets it said " Line was cancelled." It was dated yesterday.

 

These folks are driving me nuts!

 

I had set up an annual subscription a while back and with no explaination they cancel my orders??

 

And this is not the first order they have cancelled on me. What do I have to do, pay expedited shipping so they'll send it before they can change their minds??

 

Worse yet, my nickel set was back ordered when I was finally able to place an order, but now in my order status it shows back ordered several days later.

 

At this rate I'm tempted to just wait for them to show up on eBay in NGC holders. I seem to have no chance at even getting decent coins from the mint, since they seem to cancel my order everytime I have half a shot at a fairly early production coin.

If you are ordering by credit card, have you made sure that the card's expiration date is current in your Mint account? I've read that the Mint will cancel orders if the information isn't updated. It is your responsibility, not theirs, to keep everything current.

So now I have no idea if they cancelled the original order or what? Ever since they changed their site, I have been having problems. I guess anyone else is too.

I had a line cancellation for my mint sets subscriptions. I called customer service and they said the order was fine and would be released May 31.I gave them the order number for the cancellation andthey said everything would still ship on time.

My unc Mint sets said they shipped on 5/12/05.........shipped means, shipped to the processing center???????

My only request would be....Speak English. Shipped means on a vehicle, heading 4 a destination. hehe

Ordering from the mint is how you get things cheap. Once they hit eBay, the price has tripled.

I tried canceling my 10 bison rolls today, mint said too late, just return them. My order has said "In stock and reserved" for at least a month.

Has anyone looked at the price of the unopened mint rolls...lately? Can't get $8.95 for them. Frustrated seems to be the word!

Yes... the mint is almost like NGC. I have had an order in "Quality Control" for three weeks now. When I look at the coins in the order, one of them has the incorrect year associated with it. I called about it and was told, "I can't seem to find out what the problem is. Somebody must have typed the wrong year when they entered your coin. It doesn't matter anyway because it has been improperly cleaned."

 

What a bunch of [#@$%!!!]. I know for a fact that the coin was never cleaned because I can trace its ownership back to the bank when it was orginally acquired.

 

Aside from that, another coin that they bb'd was accidentally resubmitted by me in a subsequent order and came back MS-65. I'd love to know what goes on at NGC.
