Is this a double die?

And some kind of cirle line at obverse..

The circle is damage from a coin rolling machine.  Where are you seeing the doubling?

The correct terminology is Doubled Die.

Always state where you see a DD so we don't have to search over the whole coin.

I think you need to read more and hold the coin searching for later down the road. There are no points for speed.
