1979 quarter no mink mark 0

Is this a mink mark or not and if so is it worth money?

A no mm 1979 quarter means it was produced at the Philadelphia Mint so it is normal.
I think it was 1980 before Philadelphia started putting a P mm on their quarters

Of course that quarter does have a mint mark, a "blob" D mintmark. (Die chip broke off the little spike in the die that normally forms the open area in the D.  Without it the D is a solid blob with a D outline.)
