I found this 1966 penny looks like it may have been struck in San Francisco mint I really can't tell where that was a mint mark that was struck there then removed or wether it is Pmd or really what's going on with it..  .weighs 3.31 grams could that possibly be wrong alloy

I just see toning/damage/debris; I think it's a circulated Philadelphia cent.

While it is entirely possible that your coin was minted in San Fransisco, there were no mint marks on coins dated 1965, '66, or '67, so there is no way to know exactly which mint produced it.
