This is a two part question:

1) I have several coins that are ungraded and I need to determine if it would be worth the cost to grade the coins. I selected these coins based on what the assumed graded value would be relative to the cost of grading. If pictures were provided would NGC yield an opinion?

2) I have a few coins that have apparent pvc on them and I am wondering if conservation then grading would be economically beneficial. Once again, if pictures were provided would NGC yield an opinion?
